.Huma Beach, Sumba Barat Daya (203,000 sqm).

An amazing cliff front land is nestled in natural peaceful area of Huma, one of rapid growing area and tourism zone,  overlooking to the beautiful Indian ocean view and stunning sunset. This property features grazing land, bushes, and the condition of land is sloping toward the cliff which the height is approximately 5-10 meters  from the sea level.

Roughly 30 minutes drive from the  Airport Tambolaka, but when the construction of  coastal ring road has been completed,  the distance toward this location from the airport will be shorter.

Electricity was non-existent in most areas until recently. Power cables are now being installed along some of the roads not far from the land. An electricity cable could be pulled from the power line from the main road to the land.

The water situation is the same as everywhere in Sumba. Water can be bought by cubic tonnes and brought to the land by trucks. The alternative would be to dig a well.
